Initial Planning Ideas 14

My group members are;

In the first meeting we discussed
what song we would like to do,
the narrative for the music video and
 what other ideas we would like to add in.

The artists that we thought of were Nina Nesbitt, Ellie Golding, The XX and Florence and the Machine.

We originally wanted to do a song by Nina Nesbitt as she wasnt mainstream so people wouldnt exactly know her music and compare everything back to the music video. 'The Apple Tree' hasnt got a diverse music video which also makes it easier to create a music video as we dont have any of her ideas in our head. The vibe for our music video was to have an edgy storyline which was similar to 'We Found Love' by Rihanna.

At first we was going to make a music video to Nina Nesbitt's 'Stay Out' but felt that the original music video was perfect for the song. We didnt want to risk trying to make a new video as we may end up copying parts of the music video and ending up the final copy not being our own. The genre which is an acoustic song with an alternative style music video is perfect for our ideas, which consist of a love story that will be filled with memories of the relationship. This matches the lyrics and can create the audience to feel more connection with the artist.
